About the Thriving Planet Tour

The Thriving Planet tour is a themed tour focused on design that supports a healthy and resilient planet. This tour explores projects that strengthen nature’s innate power—or at the very least, stay out of its way.

Themes include circularity, bio-based building, water management, energy, eco-centred design, and material innovation. Along the way, you’ll visit projects and installations that offer imaginative and practical responses to today’s environmental challenges.

Past examples include Cooling Down the City — a project exploring how green infrastructure can help lower urban temperatures — and A House of Salt — an installation investigating salt as a potential building material.
